These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of muzammilfurnitures.com and orders placed with Muzammil Furnitures through our website, showroom or official communication channels.
Muzammil Furnitures is based in Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Please review these Terms before placing an order. Order-specific terms must be disclosed before purchase and cannot remove rights provided by applicable law.
1. Customer information
To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement. Please provide accurate contact details, delivery information and any specifications needed for your order.
If you order for another person, ensure you have permission to provide their information and arrange delivery.
2. Product information and images
We offer furniture including beds, bedroom sets, sofas, standing mirrors and coffee tables. Availability, materials, dimensions, finishes and included items must be confirmed for the product you order.
Images may show styled rooms, bedding, lamps, tables, plants or other accessories. Only items expressly included in the product listing or written order confirmation form part of your purchase.
Lighting, screen settings and natural materials can cause minor differences in appearance. These variations do not permit us to supply a materially different design, material, size or product from what was agreed.
3. Quotations, orders and payments
An enquiry or quotation does not by itself confirm an order. We accept an order when we provide confirmation identifying the agreed products, specifications and price. Confirmation may be provided through the website, WhatsApp, email or an invoice.
Before payment, we will confirm the applicable currency, product price, taxes, delivery charges and any assembly or installation charges. Any required deposit, payment schedule and balance due date must also be agreed before payment.
Please use payment details confirmed through our official channels and retain your payment confirmation and receipt. We will provide a sales receipt on request.
Prices may change for future orders. Changes to an accepted order’s price or specifications require your agreement. If an error or availability issue prevents fulfilment, we will contact you to discuss a resolution. If we cannot supply the agreed goods and you decline an alternative, amounts paid for the unsupplied goods and associated unprovided services will be refunded, subject to any additional legal rights.
4. Custom orders and changes
Custom sizes, designs, colours and finishes are subject to feasibility, availability and written confirmation.
Please check and approve the measurements, materials, design, finish and included items before production begins. We will not make material substitutions without your approval.
Changes requested after approval may affect cost or delivery time. We will explain any proposed changes and obtain your agreement before proceeding.
Any special cancellation or change-of-mind return restrictions for custom products must be disclosed before you commit to the order. Customisation does not remove your rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.
5. Delivery, access and assembly
We deliver in Mardan and to Peshawar, Charsaddar, Swabi, Rawalpindi and Islamabad, subject to confirmation for your address.
Delivery charges and estimated production or delivery times are confirmed for each order. Assembly, installation and placement services are included only where expressly agreed.
Please tell us about stairs, lifts, narrow entrances, parking restrictions or other access limitations. Where measurements are your responsibility, check that the furniture can pass safely through the delivery route. Where we agree to measure, we remain responsible for the measurements we take.
Any additional access-related service or charge must be explained and agreed before it is incurred. We will notify you of significant delays and discuss revised arrangements or available remedies. Delays do not remove rights provided by law.
6. Cancellations
Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellation options depend on the agreed terms and whether materials have been committed, production has begun or delivery has taken place.
Any cancellation charge must have been disclosed and agreed before purchase, be reasonable in the circumstances and comply with applicable law. We will explain any proposed deduction and its basis.
This section does not limit cancellation or refund rights arising from our failure to fulfil the order or other rights provided by law.
7. Damaged, incorrect or faulty products
Please inspect your furniture when reasonably possible and notify us promptly if it is damaged, faulty, incomplete or different from the agreed order. Include your order details and, where practical, photographs showing the issue.
Signing a delivery note does not waive rights concerning hidden defects or other problems protected by law.
We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, completion of missing items or a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law. Where we are responsible, collection or redelivery arrangements will be handled accordingly.
Please contact us before arranging a return so that safe collection or transport can be coordinated.
8. Change-of-mind returns and refunds
Any voluntary change-of-mind return or exchange arrangement, including its timeframe, condition requirements and transport charges, must be confirmed before purchase. A return restriction will not be introduced retrospectively.
Approved refunds will be processed without unreasonable delay through an agreed payment method, subject to applicable legal requirements. Any permitted deduction will be explained.
Change-of-mind conditions do not override rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
9. Warranties and product care
Any commercial warranty, including its duration, coverage and exclusions, will be stated in the product information or written order confirmation. Please do not assume a warranty period unless it has been confirmed.
Follow the care and safe-use instructions supplied with the product. Damage caused by misuse, unsuitable cleaning, improper installation or unauthorised alterations may fall outside an agreed commercial warranty.
This does not exclude responsibility for defects or other matters covered by applicable law.
10. Website use and third-party services
You must not use our website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised access or actions that disrupt its operation.
Website content may be used for personal product research. Commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
Links to WhatsApp, social platforms, maps, payment services or other external websites are subject to those providers’ terms. This does not remove our responsibilities for your order.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, including information used for enquiries, orders, deliveries, analytics and advertising.
12. Consumer rights and disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, including relevant provincial or territorial consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning defective goods, misleading descriptions or deficient services.
Please contact us with any complaint so we can seek a resolution. This does not prevent you from approaching a competent consumer authority, consumer court or other court with jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for future website use and orders. The revised date will appear on this page.
Changes will not alter an existing accepted order without your agreement, except where required by law.
