Give your bedroom a new look with Muzammil Furnitures. We accept eligible Sheesham wood bed sets previously purchased from us towards an order for a new design, provided the existing furniture is in good condition.
You can request an upgrade after one or two years of use, up to a maximum of three years from the original purchase date.
1. Eligibility
To qualify for this offer:
- The bed set must have been purchased from Muzammil Furnitures.
- It must be a Sheesham wood bed set.
- The exchange request must be made within three years of the original purchase.
- The furniture must be in good condition and available for inspection.
We may ask for an invoice or order confirmation, or verify the purchase through our records.
2. Condition assessment
We inspect the wood, structure, joints, finish and overall condition before confirming an exchange. Normal signs of use will be considered during the assessment.
Major breakage, structural weakness, termite damage, rot or significant water damage may make a bed set unsuitable for this offer. Initial photos help us review your request; final acceptance and valuation depend on inspection.
3. Furniture excluded from this offer
This offer excludes:
- Lasani and other board-based furniture, including MDF and particleboard bed sets.
- Bed sets made from materials other than Sheesham wood.
- Furniture purchased from another seller.
- Furniture purchased more than three years before the exchange request.
- Other furniture categories, such as sofas, tables and mirrors.
4. Exchange value and the new order
The value of your existing bed set will be assessed individually. Before you commit to the exchange, we will confirm in writing:
- The pieces accepted and their agreed exchange value.
- The new bed set’s design, specifications and price.
- Any price difference payable.
- Any collection, delivery or assembly charges.
- The agreed payment and delivery arrangements.
The exchange value is applied towards the agreed new order.
5. How to request an exchange
- Contact us through our official WhatsApp number or email.
- Share your purchase details and clear photographs of the bed set and any wear or damage.
- Tell us which pieces you want to exchange and the new design you would like.
- We will arrange an assessment and discuss the exchange value and new order.
- Once the details are agreed, we will confirm collection and delivery arrangements.
Please arrange collection with us before sending the existing furniture.
6. Your consumer rights
This voluntary exchange and upgrade offer operates alongside your rights under applicable consumer law. The three-year exchange window does not define or extend a product warranty. Any warranty remains subject to its separately confirmed terms and applicable law.
